Calculation of the Thomas-Ehrman shift in <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mmultiscripts><mml:mi mathvariant="normal">F</mml:mi><mml:mprescripts /><mml:none /><mml:mn>16</mml:mn></mml:mmultiscripts></mml:math> and <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mrow><mml:mmultiscripts><mml:mi mathvariant="normal">O</mml:mi><mml:mprescripts /><mml:none /><mml:mn>15</mml:mn></mml:mmultiscripts><mml:mo>(</mml:mo><mml:mi>p</mml:mi><mml:mo>,</mml:mo><mml:mi…

The $^{16}$F nucleus is situated at the proton drip-line and unbound by emission only about 500 keV. Continuum coupling then prominent in this nucleus. Added to that, its low-lying spectrum consists of narrow resonances as well. It a very good candidate study nuclear structure reactions drip-line. scattering proton-proton cross section have been calculated with coupled-channel Gamow shell model framework for that matter using an effective Hamiltonian. Experimental data are well reproduced, mirror $^{16}$N. Isospin-symmetry breaking generated Coulomb interaction continuum explicitly appears our calculations. In particular, different couplings $^{16}$N involving $s_{1/2}$ partial waves allow explain ordering states their spectrum.
